Read a book with the word "spy" in the title, subtitle, or series name or with the genre “spy thriller” on its main book page. Plural, possessive and other forms of the word spy that preserve its meaning work such as spied, spying, or spyness.

Would The Amber Spyglass work for this? I half think it preserves the meaning as a spyglass is used for spying, but it's not quite as clear as the examples in the task thread so I understand if it doesn't work.
