What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

Hi,

I'm looking for a book about teens who can go back to when they make decisions.

The decisions are like two different time streams and people with this power can jump to the other. The main boy in the book remembers the other choice but no one else does. At one point in the book he and a girl are about to have sex but don't because he makes her promise, she won't use her power and go back to not doing it. At the end of the book, he makes a lady who has the power go back on all her decisions and it causes a war. In the war, he is a high officer and the girl from before isn't 'with' him. The book ends here.

When did you read it or when was it published? Is this fantasy? Author female or male?

I read it last year. I'm so sorry, I don't know when it was published or who the author was. It might have been fantasy. I can remember the contents of the book but not much about the meta of the book.
