Kay | 37 comments Girl from a lower cast gets picked to be one of the 35 girls selected for the prince to choose his wife. She smart talented down to earth and sassy and not interested in this prince or this procedure. It's grittier then the front cover suggested and I really enjoyed their relationship or whatever it is :)

EMDR Therapy has changed the way PTSD is treated and I want to know more about the process and outcomes. So far, this book TOTALLY has my attention. I may get more than research out of it!

My boss had salmonella poisoning, it affected a couple of the discs on his spin, suffered with servers bad back for months before they figured it out and treated him. For a few years after he has had bad memory, can't sleep and random fears. Eventually a Dr figured out he is suffering from PTSD, he is eventually starting to get over it, it is really a strange thing as he is now coming to terms that a lot of stuff that he thought was happening to him was not real, he realises now that at one point he thought Drs were trying to kill him I think. I'm not sure what treatment he is having but I'll point out this book to him.

message 93: by Jenell (new)

Jenell Hollett | 5 comments It's a very interesting and well-regarded book Jason. I'd highly recommend it. Hope it provides insight and treatment options for your boss.

message 94: by Jenell (new)

Jenell Hollett | 5 comments Ashleigh, you should let Goodreads know you haven't received the book you won. Goodreads makes authors promise their firstborn to be certain the books are sent to the winners, so if it was truly lost in the mail, the author will probably send you another one. I would.

message 95: by Jason (new)

Jason (jasondenness) | 1426 comments My friend has had a card from the post office telling him he has a large parcel, looks like it might be his books from Australia, I knew it would help if I complained to an Australian. hehe
