it is! but im determined to finish it.

There aren't that many similarities between book and series. I have only watched season 1 of the series because it was so different.
I found the book to be pretty intriguing.

The book is all about the psychological effects of the Dome. Especially Junior and his father are such great characters there, slowly losing their mind over all that is happening. And everything is a lot more brutal :D

When I picked this up I wasn't prepared for the brutalness of the book. It's soooo different from the show. There were some parts where I was just like is this really happening? But over all I think it's a really Great book so far. And I love how you get a view in side almost everyone's pov, even tho usually i'm not a big fan of pov changing but the way he does it makes it okay. I haven't finished it completely I still have about two hundredish pages to go xD

I think out of all the characters I like Rose Twitchell the best.

Have you read anything by Stephen King before?

I actually just finished it. It was funny, and I can defiantly say I've never read a book like it. I really enjoyed it. Especially cause it was a really quick and easy read.

@Amity I loved that book so much! Have fun.

I'm still only reading Sherlock Holmes for my term paper and loving it. A lot of it is actually a re-read for me, but some stories I actually don't know.
Having it all fresh in mind now makes me appreciate the Sherlock TV series and its brillance even more
