Marie Silk | 611 comments Does everyone know about Book Report? I didn't know about it until it was mentioned on GR a couple months ago. It's kind of like an extension that you can use for KDP which shows your book sales/royalty stats which are extremely easy to follow. It's basically what I wish the KDP dashboard was. It's easy to see how much I earned today, yesterday, last month, all time, etc. and which books are earning what in what marketplace. The best part is, it's fairly accurate in predicting monthly royalties including KENP.

The only issues I've found is that I have to refresh it often in order to see updated sales for the day and sometimes there is a lag in dollar amounts corresponding to sales. Even with these issues, I use it every day and appreciate that I can easily see how my books are doing. The service is free as long as you make less than $1000/mo royalties. If you make more than that, it costs $10/month. There is a 2 week free trial. Might be worth checking out!

The site is called "Get Book Report". Once you add the "bookmark" to your toolbar, go to your KDP bookshelf (not report page) and click the "Book Report" bookmark. Click refresh to revert back to KDP.

Christina McMullen (cmcmullen) I'm assuming this requires access to your Amazon account to pull the data. In that respect, I'd be wary. Amazon has your bank account, social security number, tax ID, and credit card info. While they're about as secure as it gets in the storage of this information, that security means nothing if you open access to a third party.
