I actually just posted a review about this book on my blog! https://noreadstoogreat.wordpress.com... I really liked it! It had a lot of really complex world building that really appealed to me.

I also love the world building! I rated books 1, 2, and 3 as 3, 4, and 5 stars - the series started out a bit slow with Shadow and Bone but each book got so much better. The Six of Crows duology is in a league of its own, but Leigh's Grishaverse is a world I love living in and I'll definitely (aka hopefully) read these books again someday. Her characters are amazing and they add so much to the plot. Also the covers of these books are gorgeous!

I absolutely loved this book and all of the others. I recently finished the Six Of Crows duology and was sad when it ended.

I just finished this one last night. I liked it, but not as well as some other fantasy series I have been reading. I'm pleased to hear that @Rayna thinks the series improves with later books because I do want to find out what happens with the characters.

I rated it 3 stars because I liked it and enjoyed reading it but it's definitely not the best.
