I already have several therapists and am on meds. They still haven't helped whatsoever.


I have done all this and am recovering at present. So don't take this lightly. I can tell you that things will improve. Just be patient and keep trying.

Then don't. I might eventually find a solution to my problem, even if it is suicide. I'll do this on my own, and it might all work out, or it might not.

I've been on the meds for about a year and a half, and the depression has been from since I was a kid. I do read tons of books. Too many books, in fact. I'm constantly reading, to distract me from my own thoughts.

And every time you feel like committing suicide, write about it and maybe show it to your therapists, if you are okay with it. They will be able to help you better. Trust me, I know what you are going through -Been there, done that and bought the t-shirt, so to speak! Don't lose hope and don't stop the treatment.

That's nothing unusual, Nia. I know many people who feel the same. But is there any particular reason behind your fear?

Hehe, I'd like to say what my teacher said to me and it kind of worked for me.
Don't back away from the thing you fear, rather try to conquer it. Explore it, initially you'll be scared but you need to be familiar with the thing you fear. That's the only way you can possibly overcome it. :)
