Discuss your spoilerly thoughts on Part 3: The Beginning!

Sorry for lots of discussion in one comment but I have been waiting for this for a couple days now haha. Slowly (or I guess quickly in terms of how long the two have know each other. But finally we are seeing more and more chemistry between the two! I'm constantly guessing are they or aren't they going to get together. Obviously we know Rufus is bisexual but Mateo didn't specify on his profile and we know he doesn't like sex. So I'm assuming he is gay or bisexual but don't know for sure. Maybe that's me just being really dumb...

I love how we are seeing the two admire each other, particularly Rufus praising Mateo "Rufus doesn't deserve to die" awh! For me they are easy to love! They're both great people!

And I was so so SO happy when Mateo decided to phone Lydia! She guessed what was going on anyway and I liked that she got to say goodbye to Mateo after not being able to say bye to Christian.

And then we come to Peck who I feel like needs his own comment because WOW! He is just simply a vile human being. Death Cure I also feel like are a terrible organisation and a terrible idea. I personally feel like they are the reason most people die. They are in a sense responsible for death. For example the explosion at the gym (which I think was in this section - sorry if it wasn't) only happened because the guy that detonated the bomb knew he was going to die! They are the catalyst!

I have theory that Peck is going to try and kill Rufus for revenge. But I think that Peck will look at it in the sense that Rufus is going to die anyway. BUT would Peck kill Rufus if he didn't know he would end up dying today anyway? I don't think he would...

I'm sorry I couldn't get the boards up sooner! This was my first week of school and it's been pretty hectic lol!! But I love the way that Mateo and Rufus's relationship is developing, I like that Mateo's sexuality is left unclassified, leaving the opportunity for almost anything! I also think that the way that they help each other is extremely sweet and it's as if their friendship was meant to be.

And yes, Peck is just horrible! I was disgusted everytime we saw his POV. But it added such an interesting element to the story, and I kinda liked how we knew his thought process, so anything he tries isn't a surprise to the reader. It left me on the edge of my seat the entire time!!

Yes I agree it creates suspense!! Even though he's vile. It also mislead me because I would guess that maybe he will kill Rufus but my predictions weren't always correct.
