I keep wondering if the laughing guy is his fault. like, his accomplice (his brother maybe?). I wonder if Lennon was in on grabbing Edie

That's great to hear! I just finished Without Merit. I promised myself I'd read more of In Pieces, so I'll probably start it tomorrow but MAYBE tonight.

OMG this one was so creepy! (view spoiler)[ I love the setting of being in the woods. and then the neighbors house and the tunnels and caves - oh man! (hide spoiler)]

but(view spoiler)[ I find the dad angle an okay angle
but I don't understand how they managed to stumble on Winter
that's the only part that I find hard to believe
add to that they have been killing people for a while and it just seems too improbable

and the sheriff was ridiculous! absolutely! (hide spoiler)]
