I have been putting this book off forever! I'm really excited to read this in October!

I'm super excited that this is the October book. I've been meaning to buy and read this. Now I have a reason to! :D

Has anyone started reading it? I'm still deciding what to read next.

I just bought it a few days ago. I will be reading maybe in the next week or so.

I think this is where we'll discuss. Lol. I've never participated in a BOTM yet. So I'm not entirely sure. But I'm going to start this tonight! :D

I read this - I reviewed and already posted my thing in the reviews for my team however, I hated this book, lets discuss.. lollol

I've started this the other day but I'm finding it a bit slow. what do you think?

It picks up about 3/4 of the way through ...it is slow to start, she packs a whole lot of information on the world in the beginning which is super dense and boring

I started this book two days ago. And am finding it so hard to get in to. I am half way through chapter 2. I think it's too confusing for me to figure out who is thinking what when I'm reading.

Like in the first chapter it was hard to figure out the thoughts of Natalia, Genevieve, and Katharine.

But I like 3rd person POVs. TOG is my favorite series. But when reading TOG you know whose POV it's in. This one was just so confusing for me. Maybe it's because the books I've been reading recently were in 1st person POV? I don't know. But this book it taking me longer than I thought it would...

So, I read each of the first three chapters and met all three queens.

Katharine seems like she's had a hard time growing up. Like she wasn't allowed to be a child when she was an actual child. Maybe because the reigning queen was also a poisoner? I dunno.

Arsinoe hasn't came into her powers yet. So she's vulnerable. And she still doens't have her familiar.

Mirabella has her powers and is powerful. But still drains fast.

At this point, I'm not sure who I think is going to be crowned queen. Maybe it'll be a turn of events and all will live? Who knows. But I'm not sure who my bet is on yet.

I'm also not totally convinced I'm sold on this story.

Yeah Felicia .. Like I said - hated this book lol .. 2.5 stars just for last bit of it .. once you get 3/4 of the way it picks up but boy was it a STRUGGLE

I haven't read anymore of this book since my last post at 25%. It super aggravating. I was hoping to read this in a few days but I'm still carting it around with me. -.-

You can do it, just power through lol!!! once you get through all the "blahblah" of the world that's crammed into the first bit of it .. it's easier to swallow..

I usually only read one book at a time so that I don't ever stop reading even if the book is hard to get through. But I got the Kindle app on my phone and pay for Kindle Unlimited now. So I'm reading a book on my phone as well as this book. And I always just choose to read the other over this one. Shoot me! Lol.

I'm gonna have to like turn my phone off for an evening to get through Three Dark Crowns. Lol.

I read 4 at a time - book at work, audiobook in car, ebook before bed and a physical book in evenings lol but then it's harder to get through them all quick when you're jumping from so many so I feel that. Turning off phone is torture too, good luck ;)
