I enjoyed The Two-Family House.
I've been on the FODMAP diet now for 9 weeks and feel A LOT better. It is a very confusing diet to start but now that I've got the hang of it not bad at all, but it takes a lot of time. I even managed to get through Christmas sticking to it. This book didn't have a lot of recipes, it was heavier on information.
