Not so long ago, I was contacted via my blog by a publicist who had a Q&A set up for one of her indie authors whose work I had read and liked. It was not a live Q&A, but one designed for a press release/media share, in written format. If you have something like that prepared already, or if you can convince your publicist to put one together for you, feel free to post it here.

Just remember: no ad links, please! Otherwise, the floor is yours.

Laurie Stevens | 7 comments I'm going to toss my hat in here and try out the Q&A. Just for background, here are my two books (The Dark Before Dawn was lucky enough to be selected as one of your group reads) The Dark Before Dawn It was named to Kirkus Reviews Best of 2011. Deep into Dusk, the second in the series, Deep into Dusk was awarded the 2014 Silver IPPY for Best Mystery/Thriller and I just learned is a semi-finalist for the Kindle Book Awards. I self-published these two, but now I'll be known as a "hybrid" author because the books have been signed to Random House, Germany. The books are heavy in psychology and forensics -- two subjects I'm well read on and love to write or talk about. If you have any questions on the books or the journey through publishing, please feel free to ask me.
