I LOVE TESSA. She is better than Clary! I hate love triangles and I was rooting for Will but it also made me sad for Jem. I loved the way she wrote the book to let them both have their chance at love. Will and Jem are like two sides to the same soul. That's why I could stand the love triangle. Because Will cared for Jem enough to let him have Tessa and Jem cared about Will enough to let him have Tessa. I related with Tessa more than Clary just because she seemed more genuine and vulnerable. YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE WHO HATES HER!! SHE IS THE BEST!!!

In the actual series, I liked her well enough even though she wasn't my favourite (She was my fourth favourite). And I love how much Tessa, Will and Jem all loved each other; the most beautiful love triangle I've ever read about or seen.

However, I didn't like her abandoning her children and descendants. It just rubbed me wrong, like, what the hell! And well, it struck a nerve–a very personal one at that.
