Support for Indie Authors discussion

I'm sure this conversation has been had before, but -

I've published three books with CreateSpace. If I wanted to published those books again, through Ingram, what would be the pros/cons and how would I go about that? I'm terrible at legal speak.

I ask because I want hardcover copies. I think they look more professional, nd lately, CreateSpace has done down a bit in quality. It seems that every self-published book is through them, and CreateSpace's 9x6 paperback seems to be the default.

For those of you who have used Ingram - are you happy with the hardbacks?

Can I still use my original cover with the hardbacks?

It is easier to sell your books through Ingram?
