Do you read historical romance, many of those are set in a different country? Vivian Arend have a series set in Canada you might enjoy. But you can also read a book where they travel to a different country or the hero and heroine are from different countries. After thinking about it, The Gamble fits - the heroine is from England! You have that in Reader's Choice so it is easy to find another one for there!
Also, there is no page limit for this challenge so you don't have to read two for a spot no matter how short, unless you want to of course! =)

8. Black Friday - November 24: Read a new release or a book you bought/received within the last month because Black Friday is all about shopping! Personally, I save it all for Cyber Monday. =P
9. Make Your Own Head Day - November 28: - Read a book that has no head or face on the cover, so you get 'make' up the head from your reading!

2. Happy Anniversary: Read a book that was published in November of any year or read a book of an RRRC member who joined in November of any year. The list for 2016 begins at the link, go further back for other years.
3. Featured Author Challenge - Laura Kaye: Read a book by this month's Featured Author, Laura Kaye, or by any author with her first or last name.
So you may read any book set in Maryland. You can also read any book published in 2011, or that is shelved as Contemporary Romance or Paranormal Romance. Or you can read a book by her pseudonym.
4. Chicken Soup for the Soul Day - November 12: Read a book just because you want to! Not a book that fits a spot for a challenge spot or is for book club, one you want to read - for you. (Of course, it can work for challenge spots or book club too, but that shouldn't be your primary reason for wanting to read it!)
5. World Peace Day - November 17: - Surely shared experiences will encourage peace with our neighbors! Read a book that takes place in multiple countries, features characters from multiple cultures, or is set in a country different from where you live.
6. Occult Day - November 18: Get out your Ouija Board and read a book shelved as Paranormal Romance, has occult or supernatural characteristics or has a primarily black cover.
