Krissy & Nikki (Nyx) - The Mysterious Affair at Styles

Do you have a particular number of chapters per week or anything like that? Or just kind of check in as we go using spoiler tags noting how far we are in?

I prefer to just checking in as we go. Using spoiler tags as necessary.

Progress: 16%, chapt 4, audio 56:34

Lots of characters thrown at you all at once. I'm finally starting to keep everybody straight in my head. I had to switch audiobooks though. The first one I started had a female narrator and that threw me off since the protagonist was male. Luckily I was able to find a copy with a male narrator. Mrs. Inglethorp just died and poisoning seems to be suspected. I don't have a strong enough opinion of all the secondary characters yet to form a theory. Though there are many that have motives.

(view spoiler)[I really liked Poirot's character. It was a lot of fun watching him work. The author did a great job casting suspicion on everybody. I was never 100% sure who the killer was. I really liked how at first Alfred was so obvious that as a reader you dismiss him. Because you know that the most obvious is never the actual murderer. And in this book that was actually the case. But luckily it wasn't as easy as all that. I loved how it all worked out. The plan Alfred and Evelyn concocted was actually pretty good. Very clever writing. I really enjoyed this. (hide spoiler)]
