Evening all, and welcome to my first stint at opening the next Themes round. This week's is Grimmy's theme - 'The Shadow Knows: songs with the word 'Shadow' or 'Shadows' or 'Shade' in the title, or lyrics'. Pretty straightforward...but for all queries or verification of your noms, then I'm sure Grimmy will answer them.

A somewhat rather fitting theme this week, as Halloween & Guy Fawkes' night is upon us again...what lurks in the shadows an all that!

Noms in by the usual time Wednesday 10pm & don't forget to add the YT link too, thanks!

We're running out of themes, however in a few weeks time, will be the return of the Cream of rounds, which will begin on 26th November. For all new folks wishing to join in...the Cream of 2017, celebrates the best new music produced this year....typically there will be 8 to 10 rounds, if you'd like to share with the rest of us, some new tracks released this year, then by all means please do so! In the meantime...let's be having your shadowy noms please!


That reminds me......I've got 5 albums worth of King Gizzard releases to sift through, 2 of which, have yet to be released!

162. Music from computer/video games - Helen
163. Sprog Rock! - songs by artists with famous musical parentage. (i.e. Willow Smith, Cruz Beckham, Miley Cyrus etc ...Yes, Rufus too)
164. "What the earth are they on about?!" - Songs with nonsensical lyrics...or in other words....total gibberish! - the odd legible word or phrase is okay, but must be mainly comprised of nonsense lyrics, that no one can understand! - the Duke

165. Light and Dark - songs that have either or both words in their title. - TheFoe
166. Songs about Irishmen - name must be mentioned in the song - easytiger
167. Song title must contain an apostrophe - Spacepig
168. Strictly Come Dancing - song title must include the name of a ballroom dance, e.g waltz, tango, cha-cha
