Kurt Rocourt (krocourt) I would like to read Archer & Armstrong, Volume 1: The Michelangelo Code by Fred Van Lente. It looks interesting and it would a a Valiant book to the bookshelf.

David Merrill | 38 comments Morning Glories volume 1 Morning Glories, Vol. 1: For a Better Future I'm not sure what the sales figures are on this book, but I suspect less people are reading it than it deserves. The twistiest most complex plot I think I've ever seen in a comic book. Lots of time travel twists, manipulation and murder. I've read it up to present issues and I think a re-read of the early issues would help me at this point.

I love this series as well, so I will not suggest anything tis time, but vote for Morning Glories too. (always thought for some reason, that this book has already been topic in the past ...)

Albert (albertic0) | 31 comments Both Archer and Armstrong and Rex Mundi sound great. I've been planning to read both for awhile.

I looked through the list and didn't see it. I could have missed it, though.

L M Hip Hop Family Tree-
Ed Piskor

We presented this as one of The Year's Best Graphic Novels 2013 at the NJ Library Association Conference.

“The book itself is gorgeously presented as a loving homage to the old magazine sized Marvel Comics treasury editions of books from the 70's.”

“The amount of research and history Piskor packs into this book is mind boggling but he presents them so well and unattached. They are simple stories about people who made history without even realizing it at the time.”

This looks really cool! Your first link doesn't go anywhere, though. And the review at the second link badly needed an editor. But, still, this looks really cool! I'm going to have to get it whether we read it here or not.
