I can’t see or here the name Blaine and not think he is a pain!

Look at the title of the thread.....its says “Dark Tower #3 - The Drawing of the Three Nov”
The Drawing of the Three is Book #2 and there is already a thread for it and it was October’s book. The thread is here:

As an aside, re-reading “It” earlier this year cemented Richie as my favorite of the adult Losers because he is honestly so literally like Eddie in a scene-I think they both hysterically laughed at almost certain death (Blaine and Pennywise) until they made death uncomfortable. I adore them always.

Are we skipping Wizard and Glass for December and reading it in January? I’m behind anyway so it doesn’t matter to me. I didn’t see a thread for it.

I meant skipping the month to a different month. Maybe because of the holidays etc.
I am up to Jake getting home after being truant....

There was also a copy of The Drawing of the Three so I got that one as well. It doesn’t look like it has ever been read either. I am going to look for a copy The Gunslinger too.
Good thing I own a hardcover of Wizard and Glass already.
;)

It's hard to decide whether I liked this book better or Drawing of the Three because in DotT the absurdity of what was occurring made the book so exciting (The Gunslinger was dull compared to DotT and the Wastelands) but the Wastelands IMO is where we see this ka-tet began to become cohesive on their path to the Tower.

Aliens, The Empire Strikes Back, Terminator 2, Doctor Sleep, The Drawing of Three.
Can’t wait to dig into the series after the major upturn.

I really got into it when we met Jake again. I love all the characters, and it just seems complete.
The ending was done well. It's not complete, but that makes you anxious for the next book. Speaking of the next book, I have a question. The first three books I bought were newer, they were the updated versions. I already owned the 4th, Wizard and Glass, and it's not an updated version. Is there that much of a difference? Should I wait and try to find a new version of the 4th one?

That’s what I thought.

Well, they all had the introduction about revising the story, so maybe I just assumed he updated more than one. Apparently, they are saying he only did The Gunslinger, so my copy should be fine then. Thanks for helping everyone!
