Could someone help? I’m looking for a cozy (series). I’ve read it but cannot remember the author or series. The police chief is named “umberto” and the main character knows him from school in their town and always calls him “u-ey”.

Someone in my book group is looking for a cozy with this description:
"The first is a series about a woman who turns a place into a B and B. The setting is small town with a hardware/feed store. In one of the books there is hot air balloon festival. There is also a monastery where the monks are helping the lady redo her home. And there are nuns that have a business making some food product for sale to help save their nunnery".
