Character Club discussion

Welcome to the group! Below you can find any information you may need for navigating and understanding the group.

As the description of the group says, we are entirely a character group. You can create characters, get help with characters, store characters, and get feedback on your characters.
Rules
1. No cursing.
2. Don't start drama. Be polite!
-Don't say anything that could be offensive, and when giving feedback don't insult the character.
3. Do not discuss inappropriate topics.
-Would you talk about it in front of teacher? If not, then it doesn't belong in this group.
4. Do not spam.
-Don't post the same thing multiple times, and don't repeat the same word over and over again. (Ex: I'm so so so so so so so so so so so so so so sorry.)
5. Ask before posting a topic.
6. Photos should not have suggestive poses, cleavage showing, or an area usually covered by a swimsuit showing.
7. Characters should not be extremely violent or explicit.
-If someone is offended or just plain creeped out by a character or photo, you may be asked to remove/edit it.

Welcome!!!: This folder contains the general items like introductions, questions, and announcements. If you have any concerns or questions about the group, please feel free to ask us! We're here to help!

Discussions: Here you can find topics for interacting with other group members, by playing character games, chatting, and getting to know each other better.

Official Characters: Here you can find characters that anyone can borrow/adopt and use. You must give credit to the creator of the character, but otherwise help yourself!

Character Help: Here you can get various forms of help with your characters. You can share templates for making characters, give people feedback, give advice, share helpful websites, and the like.

Name folders: Every participating member has a folder labeled with their goodreads name (request your folder to be set up in the "request blank topic in the welcome folder.) These folders contain their
- Image thread: member intended for can post images they make use of, own, or place face claims there
- all characters thread: This is the discussion topic where a member will paste all of their characters they wish to. No characters in this discussion can be used by anyone except the creator. However, other members may view these characters.
- official characters created by insert name here : if a person wishes to let other people use their character they will post it to the "make it official" discussion in the "Official characters" folder. Once the character is approved by a mod it will be posted to the appropriate category by a moderator and the creator may post it to the discussion in their folder that lists the official characters a person has created!
- Suggestions/questions/comments thread: here other members may post comments/suggestions/questions directed to the creator!

Side Note - We also encourage collaborations on characters! If you wish to have a collaboration discussion tell a mod you would like a topic for it and which collaborators folder you would like it in!
