This is a MUST READ everyone! There is no need to sign it but this should at least be read by everyone at least once. These are just a few GUIDELINES to help keep our boards free of clutter. We often clean our boards out once a month to move things around and to avoid clutter.
1.) When starting a new board make sure that you put it under the CORRECT TOPIC. We WILL NOT be shuffling boards around to the correct post. They will be DELETED/MOVED to archives with no warning. This is because we wish that all boards stay on topic so if an author puts a board in the general topics board advertising a book the board will be DELETED/MOVED. The same goes for if a member puts a book discussion in the book of the month board it will be DELETED/MOVED.
2.) Authors please post about your books in the author's corner. Only post ONE board per book. If you create multiples they will be DELETED/MOVED. Also authors please remember to keep these boards active as the admins WILL NOTE keep them active for you. We have moved many author boards because an author will come into the group and then post about their book and leave the board and it becomes inactive. These boards if not active for two weeks are moved.
3.) Please keep your postings clean. Any post containing cussing shall be DELETED without warning. We may not have children in the group however, we can never be sure. I, Andrea, know I for one have children of reading age and are constantly reading over my shoulder if I am on the computer. Please keep these boards clean. We will DELETE without warning we are deleting these boards. We will also message you with a warning about language.
4.) If you are unsure of where your post should be found please do not hesitate to ask we will tell you which board it should go under. We are all very friendly admins and we love talking with our members. We know that things get slow at times around the holidays and what not. We love talking with each and every one of you.
