I did this with my last book and it went over really well. I will be doing a 3 day book release party for the 5th book in my series. This one will be December 7, 8 and 9. I would like to feature 1-2 other children's authors each day of the event. It is first come first serve and I will take up to 6 authors. You will get a feature post during the event. It also helps to do a giveaway. You can tell me what prize you would like to offer and what countries are eligible so I can run it with your post or you can give me a link to a giveaway you have running already. It is best if you have Facebook so that you can interact with readers throughout the party, but it is not required. If you are interested, here is what I need from you

A brief paragraph about you and your books
Your links
Your author photo
1-2 book cover images
Information about your giveaway prize or a link to a giveaway you already have running

Comment below and send your info in an email to [email protected].

Sure! The giveaway is to encourage people to participate in a conversation that follows your post. This will allow you an opportunity to interact with the participating readers if you want.

I would give a book away but I already gave like ten to all the teachers and librarians that I know.

If anyone is interested and I have done a Facebook feature for you in the past, you do not have to send anything new to me besides your giveaway info if nothing has changed. :) I will use the same post and pictures, though I may have to tweak it a bit if it is too long.

Got you down. :) I have a local author and artist event that I will be part of on the 9th so I thought these dates would work well. They are expecting a pretty good turnout. I will hand out flyers about the Facebook party and the Advent calendar event to try to draw in more people. :) I will keep any author feature giveaways open for at least a week after the event so I can continue to promote all of you.
