But this is what I do: I print a list of the words and keep it with me while reading. If I run across one, I jot down the Page/location or highlight on my kindle. I listen to audios too but I usually try to download the ebook from the library so I can reference it for word locations
I know a lot of people use the search function on their e-readers and also Amazon's "look inside" to find needed words.
Hope that helps and if anyone else has any tips, please share!!

I listen to a lot of audio books in my car and at work and was trying to figure out how I was going to do that.
It's something new for me but I am looking forward to working on this challenge.

I usually start the month with at least one e-book, and search for the words with the search-function on my e-book reader, that gets a bunch of the words covered most months. Then I read several times through the remaining list, especially before I start reading a book, usually when I come across one of the words I need they kind of make "pop" in my head. When I find something in a normal book, I write down the page where I found it and update everything when I'm on the computer for the next time.
I never could get this amazon "look inside" technique to work, but maybe this is one of the things only available with the us-amazon.

Ahh, and Bev - be aware. This word-searches can make you slightly insane. For example, once I got mighty excited because I saw a wheelbarrow. In real life, not the word printed in a book :D was a bit of a crash-down, but I was very happy for a few seconds, lol

I think I am going to enjoy this challenge which means it will be just another challenge that I become addicted to. I am so addicted to challenges. I was going thru withdraw when I was not on good reads at the start of this year

that way I can just cut and paste all the words, and voila! all the words are on my phone.
And like Jan and Rosa said, the first week or so, you have to keep referring to the word list but then they just stick in your head.
Even months later or a year later. :\ when you run across an elusive word that you couldn't find at the time.
good luck!

I'm in but I'm not looking at the words yet.
Darn you Jangalow! :D
Happy Holidays everyone!!!

DEBBIE! :D *jumping up and down*

I've never done a word search challenge either and I think I also signed up for one in the Wacky reading challenges, but I have no idea how I'm going to approach it :-)
I think I might copy the list of words to google keep as Debra suggested and then we'll see how it goes!

This Word Search is based on and accompanies our Austria Seasonal Adventure Challenge. But you do not need to participate in both to play.
Below is the list of 45 words for you to find. They can only be found within the text of the book - no covers, titles or authors, please. For each word you find, please provide the book title, page or location, and the sentence or phrase containing the word.
Happy Hunting!!
