How did you like them? Also, I read A Poisonwood Bible many years ago as a teen and really enjoyed it. How did you like it? "

Hi Kristin, I enjoyed both Breath Becomes Air and Grit. Two very different books but both inspiring in their own way. I'm afraid I didn't like Love in the Time of Cholera. It was beautifully written but the I was not happy with the way the story ended and I din't like the protagonist. The Poisonwood Bible was lovely. Definitely one of my favorites!

Megan (lahairoi) | 7470 comments Just completed my first #7 (light blue) - Sleeping Beauties by Stephen King. Overall, I really enjoyed this book, and I absolutely loved some of the issues it raised. It took me awhile to get into the book, but thank goodness it doesn't read like a normal King novel (I have a really hard time with his writing style). Really thought-provoking material. Definitely worth reading! I received this book as a free giveaway in exchange for my honest review. 4 stars
