I just signed up this morning :) this is exciting.

This should be an interesting competition.

I wish I could join, but with 5 kids under 8 I just couldn’t commit to it at the moment!

This group always runs insanely fun and complicated challenges, so I'm sure if you check back when you have more free time you can join in the fun.

Clarification question: My understanding from the rules is that there will NOT be any sabatoging WITHIN a team, right, just between them? (Meaning your own teammates won’t be stabbing you in the back?)

Exciting challenge to start in the new year!

I filled out my request to join the other day but forgot to post in here. I hope that doesn't mean I'm out?

So if I made it on a team, is it a problem that I will likely not be on much the first full weekend in January? I have a business trip from 1/5-1/7. I'll have internet access but not sure how much time I'll have to come on and/or to read. It's a trade show.

That's okay. As long as you check in before you go, no biggie. Worse case scenario, a sabotage hits ans makes the book you were reading unusable :P

I'm hoping I get to be in the challenge. I'm so excited to participate and be on a team. Wobble was so helpful to my reading.

Yeah, it's a shelf in your Goodreads profile. Just go to "my books" and click "add shelf" if the left hand side under your existing shelves. It will make a non-exclusive shelf, so you can add things both to "read" and "cutthroat".

Is an actual shelf on your books page. Like your "abandoned" shelf (yes, I totally stalked your profile).

You just have to create or use one you already have. We need it so we can run a script to get your books read for the challenge.

Is a lot easier on your captains.

I'm not sure how the whole process is going to work, yet, it's all in Kelly's workshop - I swear that place has more activity and weird lights and noise than Santa's this time of year.
