TJ walked up, blinking sun from his eyes.

Joseph shielded his eyes while looking for flowers.

Zerai went down to the river, not seeing anyone, just sitting down in the shallows and sobbing to herself. Her brother had changed.

TJ kicked off his shoes, dipping his feet in the water.

((My friend Samantha will be on in a minute, and she'll be joining this...))

((Okay))

She'd thought she could own the world to save it, but even he had turned away.

TJ saw Zerai, and watched her quietly.

She slipped under the surface of the river, slowly.

Joseph hadn't seen them, picking flowers.

TJ bit his lip, waiting for her to resurface.

She didn't, not for a long while.

Joseph didn't notice, but jumped in the river.

TJ walked over nervous when she didn't surface. He couldn't see her through the murky water.

She was trying to light fire underwater, fruitlessly.

Joseph saw her, swimming over.

Samantha walked by, curiosity settling in for the strangers lounging around. She wearily looked around a hand on her sword.

((Ohhhhh.... XD found Samantha.))

TJ glanced at Samantha, then Joseph, he got into the river, which was quite cold. He swam over to the girl, pulling her to the surface.

She looked around, not quite knowing what to do. She waited for an attack but she was waiting for one that would never come.

Zerai coughed, wondering why someone was yanking her out of the water. "What are you doing?!"

"Making sure you don't drown," he replied, pulling her to shore. He looked again at Samantha. "Come here."

"M-m-me?" She stuttered glancing around.

"Yes you," he replied.

((Bye!))

Joseph resurfaced.

"Why?" She readied a hand on her sword hilt, prepared for a fight.

"Never mind," he replied, getting Zerai's entire body onto the shore.

"Sorry, let me help." She looked nervous, like she was about to be sentenced to death or even be rejected by a stranger.

Zerai kicked at him. "Let go of me!"

Ares sat down at the edge of the river. It always relaxed him to be near running water, even if he is terrified of drowning.

Arron stayed back a ways behind him.

She backed up, her words caught in her throat as she tried to speak. But no words came out. She stood there and began backing into the shadows where she knew she was safe.

TJ let go, then turned to Samantha. "Hi," he said quietly.

She spun towards him, raising her sword. She lowered it and smiled. "Hello."

Zerai stepped back quickly, electricity darting around her, zapping at the water, but not harming her.

"I'm TJ Runner, Rebel, and you are?" he asked both girls, fingering the gun at his belt.

SHe looked at them both, wearily eying the gun at TJ's side. "I am Samantha James Haws..... rebel also."

"Zerai Ozai, OTW, at your service," she said, coughing a little.

"Nice to meet you, ladies," he replied.

She backed up. Her instincts told her to get a move on. She walked into a dark patch.

TJ didn't move he just smiled at her. She was very pretty.

Samantha looked at him, yet at a side glance. So he wouldnt know she was looking, she hid in her jacket and blushed.

"If you'll excuse me, I'm training." She walked for the water again.

She glared at her begining to think there was a trouble maker here.

TJ nodded. "Don't drown yourself."

She'd done nothing wrong.

Walks off checking the compass connected to her backpack. Southwest is what it read. She looked longingly at TJ.

TJ came up behind her. "You come aroung here a lot, Samantha James?"

"N-no i dont..... and i dont plan on staying.."

"Why not?" he replied, biting his lips.

"I dont belong here." She answered questioning his asking.
