Whoa, which begs the big question, is there a Higher Power at work behind the scenes that made sure it didn't work, that things happened just as they did for a reason? *slaps forehead* That's right, Darynda is the HP manipulating these characters . . . I confuzzes myself.

Though he had a hard road, maybe the way his life turned out made him appreciate having Charley in his life and shows that he is worthy of being with her. Maybe it wouldn't have ended well if Charley was just "handed" to him because he wanted her.

Oh I love this idea - is there a power trying to keep them apart - and perhaps it is his "dad" because something worse may happen to him if Reyes and Charley "get together" (and boy have they gotten together already)
I felt so sad for him and honestly for the family that lost their son.

I agree with you Suzan...that's what I'm thinking too.
That was crazy. What the hell was up with the Fosters? Did they kidnap the other kid? What kind of crazy ass people were they?

I love your thought Kyra! Reyes appreciates Charley more because he had to wait and work for her instead of just receiving her on a "silver platter" as planned.

Makes one wonder who the other Foster kid really is? Where did he come from? Who are the Fosters, really?
I agree a higher power may be trying to keep them apart but they are meant to be together and no one can prevent them from being together.
