What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I don't remeber much but I know that the heroine has been in love with the husband of her best friend for years. The best friend dies. ( she might've had cancer). After her death the heroine helps with the kids and at home. The hero also slowly falls in love with her. They eventually get together. I think the heroine even got pregnant with the hero's baby.
That's all I got. I hope someone can help.
