"The new phone book’s here! The new phone book's here. I’m somebody now! Millions of people look at this () everyday! This is the kind of spontaneous publicity – your name in print – that makes people. I’m in print! Things are going to start happening to me now." Steve Martin. The Jerk

It's appropriate, I think, that this comes on our 10th anniversary! :-)

I requested it like four months ago and I guess it was finally our turn! I think we stay there for like 2 months.

That's great Nicole! Excited to see us there.

I’m not sure if I would have stuck around if the first tag was biker dudes in my first month (or whatever that one tag was that didn’t win. ;-D)

PBT certainly does it better though ;)
I think GR likes PAS reading challenges as there wasn't a request to be featured on that thread & I had actually interact with GR on twitter abt these challenges... or they may just put random groups with large membership on as Featured? dunno how that works...

Thanks to awesome moderators, first and foremost, but also to a great group of people who are kind and agree to disagree on books.

That's very kind of you to say, but obviously you did a lot right - - look at the size of your group. Interesting that you didn't request to be featured, and that both groups were featured at the same time. I wonder if they look more at the activity level . . .I'm in some big groups where the activity seems pretty minimal.

And truthfully, all I do is create the reading challenges (where my strength lies) but you guys actually really moderate discussions which is FAB (I'm quite reserved as a person so I'm not too good at this) ;)
