The mysterious high-tech, privately funded research laboratory had captured the world’s imagination for decades, probably because nobody really knew what happened there—they weren’t exactly the kind of organization to give tours. When Julian was offered a position straight out of graduate school he immediately moved back in with his parent in Queens and looked forward to the first day of the rest of his life. His dreams were coming true. And it certainly seemed that way on the first day when he was not only welcomed by the illustrious Dr. Kleinberg himself, but he was introduced to his laboratory assistant, the awkward but captivating intern, Gabriella Morelli. His life seemed perfect for a few days but soon events that he could never had imagined would transform everything he thought he knew. Julian finds himself at the very center of an ancient secret, world transforming events, and a battle for humanity.
