That was an interesting book. I generally found Cheryl, the protagonist, to be fairly unlikable, or at least not super likeable, with her various neurosis, such as where she thinks many babies take the form of one, and should really belong to her. And her system where she doesn't wash her pans because she's going to keep using them. And then Clee comes along, and, Clee is equally neurotic. Actually, everyone in the book is pretty crazy, especially the therapists. The sex fantasies about Clee, for a chapter, were pretty wild.
So, I guess, the only way I can really describe the book is crazy people doing crazy things but then it seems to work out in the end.
