The Side Quest Book Club discussion

Stifle yourself with the spoilers.

So I've read this book about 2-3 times already and this is my 2nd time listening to the audio book version. Gotta say, the more times I read it the less tolerant I get for the first six or seven chapters, when the pages and pages of nerd out talk are pretty much the sole focus. I still like the core story though.
