Audiobooks discussion

Can anyone familiar with ACX (Amazon's Audiobook Creation Exchange) help me? I started my profile as an author, and ACX seems determined to make it impossible to change to a narrator. I tried to amend my profile, that is proving to be it's own little spiral of self-defeating clicks. I can't upload samples, or even audition. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Greetings, Morris! Unfortunately, you're going to have to delete your account and start over. Authors and publishers are known as rights holders in the system. Rights holders see different options than narrators.

I actually have two ACX accounts: one as a narrator, and one as a publisher. I use a different email address for each one of them because you can't go back-and-forth between profiles.

If you have questions about deleting your account, send an email to [email protected]. They are usually pretty quick to respond and are always friendly and helpful.
