Happy New Year everyone! Have you made a reading challenge for this year? Let me know about your reading goals for this year down below! I’m going to try to read 30 books this year myself.

This month I read….
Before We Were Yours by Lisa Wingate- This was the Last Chapter Book Club book of the month. I absolutely loved this book! I had never heard about the Tennessee Children's Home Society before reading this book, but I definitely did my research after reading this book. Lisa Wingate writes such a heartbreak, yet heartwarming, tale revolving around this terrible piece of history.

Natural Disaster: I Cover Them. I am One. by Ginger Zee- I’ve been a fan of Ginger’s since she’s been at ABC, so I had to give this a read. She talks about a lot of tremulous times in her life, but does it from an uplifting perspective that encourages you to work through your own tremulous times. I loved learning more about Ginger and definitely enjoyed this book. However, I will admit that you may not enjoy it as much if your not a fan of Ginger’s.

What did you read this month? Be sure to share down below!

Happy Reading!
