Hey guys, sorry again for massive delays; the quick breakdown is, I've been really sick off and on the past 2 or so weeks... I'm finally feeling well enough to be able to focus enough, to where I feel comfortable, coming up with some cohesive responses. I'm not gonna promise I'll have anything up today though, mainly because my insomnia is also kickin me in the rear, and causing wacky sleep schedule... but I just want anyone who I'm still roleplaying with to know, I have not disappeared, and I have not forgotten about the roleplays.

What would today look like if Skynet really nuked the world in 2003?
What would today look like if If the soviets started WW3 instead of collapsing?
What would today look like if America lost the cold war?

My two favorite alt history timelines are the southern victory one and the Trotsky timeline.

Yeah. Nazi’s. Classic lol

The southern victory is where the south won the US civil war by help from British and French. Then when WW1 rolls around the north sides with the central powers and goes to war with the south and Canada. The north along with the central powers win WW1. And the north occupies Canada and makes Quebec independent. While the south basically has the treaty of Versailles imposed on it.

WW2 starts from a coordinated attack from the south into the north along with a communist france attacking the German empire.

WW2 ends when all sides gain nukes. The UK and Germany are heavily nuked and the southern and northern capital are both nuked. The central powers win WW2 and the north occupies the south along with cuba, northern Mexico, British possessions in the Caribbean, Canada and Hawaii. But in this timeline Russia still owns Alaska.

The other timeline I enjoy is the Trotsky timeline. Where Trotsky was the leader of the Soviet Union instead of Stalin. Everything goes the same until WW2. The Soviets and Germans invade Poland. Then the Soviets immediately invade the Germans. Pushing all the way through central Germany and into france. Stopping a few miles outside Paris where the Soviets try to rebuild their supply lines. Hitler does in the battle for Berlin. Before he can enact the holocaust. And most of Eastern Europe turns communist and supports the Soviets. While the Allies declare war on the Soviets and are backed up by Germany and Italy. Along with a few other minor European nations.

The Japanese eventually bomb Pearl Harbor and the Pacific war goes the same as our timeline.

As the allies push the communists back and liberate country after country. Stalin conducts a coup against Trotsky and takes charge. Then as the Allies take Moscow Stalin is killed by his own generals who then surrender to the allies.

This through butterfly effect switches out perception of fascism and communism. Communism is viewed as an extremist ideology connected to concentration camps and executions. While fascism is viewed as progressive and a valid strategy to fight capitalism. There are politicians and professors that are openly fascist.
