Kindle Unlimited Science Fiction and Fantasy discussion

I released my first short story last August and my second mid-January.

I want to wait until I have a few more before I really start promoting myself

Anyway, they really are entertaining… I may be new to publishing, but I've been writing a long time...

Having a quick look at it:
- it's a very short story. Most readers are looking for longer works. If you have a bunch of shorts, consider putting them in one book.
- the cover is very minimalist and doesn't suggest fantasy. You can get a reasonable cover spending no/very little money, and it's worth the effort
- put the title in title case
- the 'Purchase Only in Support of the Author' bit is rather confusing and unnecessary.
- looking at the preview, the start of the story is a bit -- word salad. Consider seeking some feedback to see if your style is putting readers off.

The 'Purchase Only in Support of the Author' is because this story is available bundled with another... 3.14 for a single short story is off putting. It was a way to say 'this will be on promotion sooner or later' ...
