Can books with MPG "children's" that are found the AR bookfinder, but have a BL less than 5 be used for this task? For example, here is the info for A Wrinkle in Time

sorry, no. All books found in ARBF must meet SRC requirements for childrens books. This is only an exception for childrens books not found in ARBF.
