I Survived the Shark Attacks of 1916 discussion

Chet Roscow is a ten year old boy spending the summer in a town named Elm Hills. He spends most of his time there in his uncles (Uncle Jerry) dinner called Elm Hills Dinner and hangs out w/ his friends Dewey, Sid, and Monty.

One of the minor characters is named just The Captain, and he tells the four boys about a story of when he was in the navy and his boat went down and he got on a barrel and a shark was circling him for a good while.
