Literary Award Winners Fiction Book Club discussion

Please comment here on the first 12 stories of A Crown of Feathers and other stories by Isaac Bashevis Singer.

I borrow books from BookShare and from Library of Congress BARD program. Neither have this book. I found other collections of short stories by Singer, but not this one.

I lucked out picking up a copy for $2 in a Thrift shop.
I had a look online and found out Singer wrote at least 197 short stories with at least 12 books of short stories published that do not seem to 'double up' on any of the stories.
The A Crown of Feathers book has 24 stories with copyright shown for the years 1970, 1971, 1972 & 1973 only. Twelve of the stories originally appearing in The New Yorker. The book was first published in 1974.

I have read 6 stories so far. Singer has a very engaging writing style. I am finding the stories entertaining. So far they are about interesting characters with some intriguing event occurring.

I am tempted to pick up another book of his stories so that I can share in this discussion, even if it is not completely. I did find a large volume of collected works. I wonder if it contains any of the stories in Crown of Feathers.

Thanks, I down loaded a large volume of collected works. I quickly noticed several of these titles listed. I will see how many of these short stories I can find in it.
