What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

it's a series. It was a group of kids who time traveled using a device and at one point they went to a mountain and back to the medieval time period and visited a shop where they almost got killed and met people with magical powers. I read it in Battle of the Books 10ish years ago

i was gonna say the missing yes. there is a book, maybe the 3rd or 4th one, where they get stuck in a shop; its margaret peterson haddix and they are restoring children back to their own time periods in the past from where they were stolen.
