Okay, let's do another game! Answer the Reader, have you ever question, and then ask your own for the next commenter.

1. Reader, have you ever finished reading two books on the same day?

Jenna Thatcher (jenna_thatcher) | 3 comments 1. Yes - in fact, I've been known to finish (cough) more than 2...admittedly I was once a librarian and required to read prolifically (even more so than what might be considered a lot).

2. Reader, have you ever read the last page/chapter because you can't stand it and have to know how it ends?

I wanted to be a librarian when I was younger... now, I'm just a library hobo. haha.

Nope, I can never bring myself to "cheat" like that.

3. Reader, have you ever been disappointed by an ending and imagined your own instead?

Katya | 2 comments 1. Yes, I like to have an audiobook for when I work, and a book on my ereader for when I am going to sleep. Sometimes they end on the same day, and I fall into the pit of despair until a new read is found.

2. I'm ashamed to say it, but yes. I have no patience for mysteries, and sometimes consciously watching the clues add up is more satisfying than being shocked at the end.

3. Absolutely! Nowadays I can typically find a decent fanfiction alternate ending for nearly any book, so it can feel more real than my imaginings and heal my broken heart.

4. Reader, have you ever used book references to locate potential friends in a room of strangers?

4. Oh my gosh yes! #bookloverunite It's like salve to my soul.

5. Reader, have you ever read a book over a dozen times, and if so, which one?

message 6: by Jenna (new)

Jenna Thatcher (jenna_thatcher) | 3 comments 5. Yes....do mine count? :)
Also, some random ones: The Swan Kingdom, The Blue Castle, Crown Duel, The Seer and the Sword. This is just from my fantasy shelf (Although Blue Castle is just historical fiction). I'm not even going to look at my other shelves.....
6. Reader, do you ever see a book at a thrift store that you just LOVE and you already own, but you feel tempted to buy it, because it needs a worthy home? (Or perhaps to give to someone, anyone that will just take your word for it?)

hahaha, well, I was thinking OTHER books, but I suppose as writers, we do read our stuff ALOT.

6. Actually, I have NOT done that, but I might have to start. haha. I always think all the love thoughts, but usually I would rather spend my money on something new.

7. Reader, have you ever wanted to hide in the dark with a book on a super sunny day?
