Both of these books look really good and I am excited to get started
EDIT: Man Siren was so amazing. Like I can't believe I put off reading that for so long. It was such a great read into a world that I enjoyed. Thank you! n
Final EDIT: Eliza was still a good read! I still liked Siren more but I ate up that book. It was a good reading month!

The Siren is my absolute favourite standalone! And I just fell in love with Eliza and Her Monsters this year ... excellent choices! I hope you enjoy them as much as I did :D

I liked the idea of the story and the writing style a lot but I found the main characters highly annoying and arrogant. Also (view spoiler) Aidan was cool, though! Reading this book was a fun experience ☺["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>

Ok I have to agree with you on Siren. It was such a blast to read. I had such a good time reading it and it has to be one of the best standalones I have ever read. Thank you for reading them and I totally enjoyed it. Now onto Eliza!

I'm so glad you loved it! <3
I really enjoyed The Fault in Our Stars, way more than I expected! I was actually more surprised by The Maze Runner though ... it won't be my favourite, but when I saw the 2-star rating I was worried. Glad I read it though, I understand why it got made into a movie franchise :)
Have fun with Eliza!

Oh my gosh I am so happy you picked of The Fault in Our Stars! It is such a good book! The movie is really great too. Anything John Green holds a special place in my heart because his books just are so good.
This month was so much fun! Glad you liked the two books

Warcross showed me that I should just not read books by the author any more.
And Torch against the night... well, it is still too painful to read that, I tried, but I just couldn't. My mother in law, who passed away due to illness 9 months ago, loved the series, and every time I see the book (and the first one) I think of her. Maybe I will try again next year, maybe then the pain is a bit less. :(
