Janalyn, the blind reviewer | 10 comments I just finished reading what hides within by Jason parent. One of the best books I have ever read. A lot of twists and turns you don’t want it to end, so good!

So funny! Soon I'm going to take down my Christmas lights! Or maybe I'll just leave them up and be 11 months early for 2019! ;-)

I've only read her first book but I'm a big fan of hers and hope to follow up on her other books.

Pamela Mclaren | 193 comments Within the last 100 pages of Jeffery Deaver's The Blue Nowhere. I'm used to his Lincoln Rhymes books (although I have read other stand alones) and I had a difficult time getting into the book. But I'm glad that I stuck with it. This is about the world of hackers and cybercrime, very technical at the start, but with his great character and story development, Deaver soon had me hooked.

Christine Hatfield (christinesbookshelves) I never read that book Pamela

MadProfessah (madprofesssah) | 44 comments @Anita I have the Kendra Elliott books high on my TBR list. Have you read books by Robert Bryndza and Robert Dugoni?

These books are all less than $3 on Amazon Kindle and revolve around strong-willed female protagonists.

She's definitely one to keep following, I think. She knows the people and the landscape.

John Murray (john949) | 4 comments Leviathan Wakes (The Expanse, #1) by James S.A. Corey Leviathan Wakes

I alternate between the high-fantasy and crime mystery genres. A dose of the surreal chased down with the gritty shot of a procedural. I'll likely read Kathy Reichs' Death du Jour next.
