I always have multiple books that I'm reading at the same time. 1-2 physical books, 1-2 audiobooks, and 2-3 kindle books. I like to have something to fit my mood and always on hand to read wherever I am. Currently I'm listening to The Girls at 17 Swann Street and The Alice Network. I'm reading Geekerella, The Lost Vintage. And I have 4 e-books ARCs that I need to finish this week.

I am the exact same way. I have 2 audiobooks and 1 physical book right now that I am reading. I like to have a variety.

Saltwater Joys by Dianna Brown.....Loving this debut book. She is a fantastic writer. Keeping my attention with every emotion going.

I just finished rereading and also at the same time listening to the audible version of the book and was just as good if not better the second time around. I want to read the third book in the series so decided to reread the first to since it has been a few years since I read them.

I just started reading Us Against You by Fredrik Backman. It’s funny, I’m having the same issues I had at the beginning of Beartown. It’s just seems so slow and tedious to me. I just need to remember, that its the middle and end of his books that make me want to read his stuff more. Does anyone else have that problem?

Good to know! I just started A Man Called Ove and it's my first by Backman. Heard such great things so looking forward to it!

I am listening to one audiobook "Into the Water" and listening to one audiobook with my daughter "dork dairies" and reading one book "The Lost Summer".

I’m reading Colson Whitehead “The Underground Railroad” and Taylor Jenkins Taylor “FOREVER,Interrupted” both are 😊.

Does anyone know what the May book club is? I’m not on Instagram.

10 books but the 2 bobbing to the top of my attention pool is Kingfishers Catch Fire by R Godden and What Could Possibly Go Wrong by Jodi Taylor

Thanks for the heads up but I told myself NO MORE MEMOIRS! So, I’ll skip this month selection.

Currently reading Rules of Civility by Amor Towles. I keep finding myself trying to jump forward in the book looking for Tinker. Someone tell me what happens.

An Absolutely Remarkable Thing by Hank Green (I love his brother's books, so I decided to jump in)

100 Million Years of Food by Stephen Le (I have an interest in food history)

Who Killed Canadian History? by J.L. Granatstein (As a student of history this book is making me want to rip it into pieces with anger, but it's a must read for people looking to study history and the public)

On the Come Up by Angie Thomas (A future book club read. I loved The Hate U Give but am finding this more difficult to get into)

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban by J.K. Rowling (I'm doing a readalong on Instagram but am behind)

I'm reading Before We Were Strangers by Renee Carlino. I'm enjoying it so far!

Currently on a romance binge, I’m reading the wedding by Nicholas sparks. I am enjoying so far and just found out that this book is apparently the sequel to the notebook? And sometimes referred to as notebook #2. Though I probably won’t, I am wondering if I should have read the notebook first. What are your thoughts?!

Well! Neydin Osorio! I read the Notebook many moons ago and had no clue there was a sequel! So, my situation is the inverse then yours. I’ll eventually will read the sequel but I might have to reread Notebook!

From what I’ve seen the notebook is highly regarded, I may have to check it out soon! Let me know if you recommend any other romance or women’s fiction novels!

I've read both and don't think you need to read the Notebook first.

Some Nicholas Sparks books that I've thought were amazing for your romance kick: The Last Song and the Longest Ride.

I’ve recently discovered an author named Debbie Macomber. She’s a delightful writer.

At the moment I’m reading Between Friends, a book written in the style of a compilation of letters and journal entries between two best friends and their respective friends and family. The setting is between 1948, the year the girls are born and follows their lives into the 70’s. Experiencing the Vietnam War, domestic relationship issues and struggles. I’m just about half way through and can’t put it down!

I'm just starting the Woman in Cabin 10 by Ruth Ware.

Through Goodreads, I won the book All The Forgivenesses by Elizabeth Hardinger. It is due to be published on Aug. 27th of this year. Southern Literature would be the genre, but the story is of women everywhere. The story is of the life of a poor woman from the Appalachian hills of Kentucky, and all the trial and tribulations of her life. I have been waiting for a book where I want to read every single word and not skim through. Every character is interesting and well- developed. The language is rich and powerful. It is loosely based on the author's own family. I finished it this morning on Mother's Day, which seemed appropriate. This book was intense, real, beautiful, and it will stay with you forever.
