I just finished Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine. I wasn't too into it in the beginning but I really enjoyed it from the middle to the end.

Now I'm back to trying to get through the Warmth of Other Suns.

One of us is Lying. It’s been a good YA read so far!

Just finished The Haunting of Hill House. Very chilling story. I loved it.

I just finished the Whisper Network...it was ok. Now I'm reading A Vintage Affair, I just started it, and I like it so far.

Just started Big Little Lies! I didn’t realize the hbo series was based on a book (I should’ve figured), so I was thrilled when I was browsing the library and stumbled on it.

I'm reading The Woman In the Window... I know, I know I'm late to the party. But I hear great things!

I just finished Grace is Gone by Emily Elgar. I couldn't put it down. I am not starting The Testaments by Margaret Atwood.

I loved this book! Kept me interested the whole time, and I was surprised by the ending.

I loved this book. I was surprised how many of my friends did not like it. I think it was because they had never been around many people on the Autism Spectrum. I work in education so I have been around many people on the Spectrum.

I am reading The Weight of Ink and it's been very interesting so far. Just getting started.

The Nightengale is one of THE BEST books I have ever read. So good that I finished it in 2 days. If you like WW2 or Historical Fiction you should also check out Beneath the Scarlet Sky by Mark Sullivan - very good & partially based on true events.

I'm currently reading I'll Be Gone in the Dark: One Woman's Obsessive Search for the Golden State Killer... & it's a bit spooky but very good.

I’m reading The Westing Game because I’m going to read it with my classes next quarter! Up next: The Troop and then The Haunting of Tram Car 015. Both are slightly spooky, but not what I think of as typical horror.

Did you like it?? I got it from the library earlier this week. I can't wait to read it , but I am currently reading The Other Woman which I must finish by the end of this weekend and I have A Gentleman in Moscow to read before it is due back ! Oye ! 😊

I just finished "The Sun Does Shine." I am very stingy with 5 stars but this one got all 5!! While the writing is very good, it is the story that is most compelling. Even if you don't consider yourself an activist of any kind, after reading this book, you are bound to have an opinion of the judicial system in the US. It was a shock to the system for me! This is the true story of a black man from Alabama who was first of all, wrongly accused, sentenced to death, and with all the efforts of his legal team for 30 years of his life to right the wrong, were met with slammed doors and crossed arms. It was a huge travesty. But what is the most amazing thing is that Ray chose to live a life of love and forgiveness while "on the row" and it is what kept him from giving up hope. He also had an effect on those around him in this dismal place and gave them a way to be heard, express remorse and accept their shame even as they faced death.

'The Ocean at the End of the Lane' by Neil Gaiman, audiobook narrated by the author. It was my first audio book. I enjoyed the story being told from a child's perspective and the wonderment and inquisitiveness that only a child would have. The story takes many unexpected turns and leaves the reader wanting more. I believe it was the 'way' Neil Gaiman narrated the book that captured my interest.

I reading three books at once: "The Fault in Our Stars", "
Call of Kythshire" (this is going slowly), and "Underground: The Tokyo Gas Attack and the Japanese Psyche" (going slowly too because it is in Japanese).

I’m reading “How to make friends with the dark” by Kathleen Glasgow. I don’t know why but every time I read this book I always imagine that Tiger is me somehow. The feeling of knowing the fact that your mum died is a disaster. So, if you still have times whiles your parents are with you, give them love, hug them, kiss them, and say them that you love them.

I'm reading Redemption and Mycroft Holmes. Redemption is part of the Memory Man series from David Baldacci. Mycroft Holmes was written by Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. I am listening to The Girl on Legare Street. It is the second book in a series that I listen/read multiple times. I just really enjoy this series.

Well, I just started Where'd you go Bernadette and it is such an easy read so far ! I can't wait to see what happens!

I'm reading Haven't They Grown by Sophie Hannah. Hmmm, it's a strange one. Not sure how I feel yet, I must be enjoying it because I can't seem to stop reading it yet at the same time nothing is really happening and it all seems a bit weird. Ok, that made me sound weird :)

I'm reading A Simple Favor by Darcy Bell, I noticed through reviews, that many people did not like this book, but I can hardly put it down.

I just started following Reese’s book of the month club. Before I jump into her February choice The Scent Keeper, I’m attempting to finish From Scratch. I’m sort of in 2 books a month mode! Loving this book so far. The storytelling of Tembi’s former life is vivid and exciting.
