What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I am looking for a specific book and I hope you can help me find it's name.
It is a romantic, adultsy book or new adult. About sports.
It is about a woman that used to do gymnastics, but one day

in an important competition she crashes her knee in front of everyone (which becomes viral), and

after that her career is over.
But then she becames a physical therapist and she gets a job with a big (I do not remember the sport) star, she helps a ( rugby or baseball) player bc he injured his arm/shoulder. (Definitely was one of these bc he needs his shoulder/arm to play.)
And she was like a coach/ therapist, bc they were almost everyday training.
I think this was a slow burn romance, so it is not that story of people super horny at first and then getting to love each other. He does not like having her around but they finally get along.
Pd: The guy is kind of an asshole at the beginnig bc of his injury but we will just ignore that.
Hope you can help me, I lost this book and I used to love it.
