After ACOWAR I was completely torn whether or not to ship Elucien or Elriel because Lucien deserves happiness too and also he's her mate but then Azriel. But now after reading ACOFAS I am Elriel 100% of the way please they are so unbelievably perfect for each other, I'm sorry Lucien, I like you, but I absolutely love Azriel and also Elain doesn't want you. I'd be so confused if Elain dumped Azriel and went for Lucien after everything that's happened. Also please don't hurt Azriel; Lucien found love once (even though she was murdered, ouch I'm sorry Lucien) but Azriel has spent his entire life pining after Mor but thinking he's not worthy of her and she can't return his feelings because she doesn't like him that way and she prefers females but now it's possible Azriel could get over his crush on Mor and it seems like he's falling for Elain. And honestly, they are like so perfect for each other, they're so beautiful, I love them, please Elain can reject the mating bond and choose Azriel. I'm sorry Lucien, but I'd rather have you hurt than Azriel, I love him too much. You, I'm still a little pissed about because of ACOMAF and ACOWAR.

Summary: ELRIEL 100% OF THE WAY YES I WILL GO DOWN WITH THIS SHIP

So I feel like I'm in the minority over here but I ship Elucien. Sure Elain and Azriel have had some cute moments such as when she got him something for his headaches as a gift in ACOFAS, but she and Lucien are just so perfect! I feel that even if Azriel does get with Elain he will still always be thinking about Mor and she will be thinking about Lucien. If she rejects the mating bond that will be 2 women who Lucien would have loved and lost!

I couldn’t agree with you more, Nikki22. My feelings exact!
I love Elucien and the angst between them. I can definitely see Elain changing her tune later on after she gets over herself. Not that she deserves Lucien. I love ❤️ him to bits and just want to see him happy.

But I am also not ruling out a possible love triangle between Elain, Lucien and Vassa.

And I a soooo shipping Lucien and Vassa but... we’ll see.

I am also in the minority being an Elucien shipper. I think there are some new possibilities for Az though, after ACOSF??

I haven't read ACOSF yet but after finishing ACOWAR, I thought Elain and Azriel were perfect for each other, even their first interaction in ACOMAF hinted at a future for them. I like Lucien and I feel like he does deserve a happy life after putting up with Tamlin for so long but his character never seemed to have as much depth as Azriel's, at least in my opinion. After Nesta and Cassian, it just seems perfect for Elain and Azriel to end up together.

Team Elriel here!! - Sorry but I don't think that Sarah J Maas spend around 3 books (if we count A Court of Silver Frost) giving hints about these two just for nothing. The Gwyn thing its just really random and out of nothing. They don't really interact to much in the last books but a couple of scenes...maybe is just there (Gwyn) to steam up the things between Azriel and Elain and to make the drama grow. ;-)

at this point i don't even care lol i just need SJM to hurry and write the elain book so we can finally put this to rest!!
