6 chapters in with the marriage mistake with 1 3/4 hour of reading

Short break to switch from sofa to bed.... I bet I'll fall asleep in no time so probably I won't update here until tomorrow morning :)

Reading for 1 hr 45 mins. Finished A Monster Calls. Started it this morning very early while sitting at the King's Day sale. An inspiring book. Finished it in bed with a cup of tea while recovering from a fun day.

Ah, you did go and sell on King’s day? I had planned on going myself too but changed my mind. Ended up buying even more books instead of selling them...

I'm finishing for this night - I read another 2.25 hours and reached today a total of 14.75 hours.

I finished Tote Maus für Papas Leben=Against the Odds and read more than half of the Einladung zum Mord=Reunion in Death - one of the remaining two I wanted to complete for the 16,000 challenge and it looking like I'll manage both if I get the other one (audiobook) tomorrow from the online library :-)

I'm more than happy about my reading day - I reached already more than 55% of my time goal and almost twice as many pages as I expected - I hope all the other participants are/will be as happy as I was with their progress.

1 Hour read. Total of 2hr45mins.

Listened to 15 minutes of the Gaysia: Adventures in the Queer East audiobook whilst getting ready for bed then read on my kindle for 45mins. Finished Why I'm No Longer Talking to White People About Race and started The Poet X.

So it is officially the end of Friday and in this slot I managed to read for 32 minutes again.

This putting my friday reading total to 3hours 51minutes and 1 second

As my daily goal was 6 hours I failed to achieve my daily goal however after having made over half of it I am still proud of my progress so far

Work is busier than usual so I only managed a quick 15 mins right before midnight.

It’s 10:02 here. I’ve been reading for 60 min. Took a bath and now I’m falling asleep. Posting my update now in case I start snoozing. 160 min total thus far.

I listened to 51 minutes of The Count of Montecristo on this time slot. I ended up reading (and listening) a little less than i thought i would, but i´m still proud of myself.

I’m currently working on reading the Witches by Stacy Schiff...I’ve always been weirdly fascinated by the Salem Witch Trials and this historical non-fiction does a good job of really explaining things.

updating now as I am headed to my bed. Between hockey and family not as much reading as I hoped tonight.

Thank you! The upside of being ill and amount of audiobook-time - usually I'm not a fast reader but reading helps to keep sane :-)

I thought Why I'm No Longer Talking to White People About Race was a great read. Lots to think about and I’d probably re-read chunks of it again in the future.
