In my case, I noticed the book, or its frequency continued to work after I put the book down, when I was asleep, the days that I read the book, I had various instances of lucid dreaming.

During my dream, I was reading the book out loud giving commands to my energy centers.

It was very interesting. I could feel the centers activating even more and receiving more important information.
